Pelican Waste and Debris will not collect garbage in the City of Thibodaux today, Thursday, September 12, 2024. For communities impacted by Hurricane Francine, Pelican Waste and Debris asks for help with debris separation to ensure a smooth cleanup.

Please follow these guidelines:
  • Household Waste: Place all household waste in your regular trash can.
  • Vegetative Waste: Collect branches, leaves, and other plant debris in a separate pile.
  • Construction/Home Debris: Separate construction materials and damaged household items into another distinct pile.
  • Make sure each pile is clear of electrical lines, water meters, mailboxes, and fire hydrants. Your cooperation is crucial for a safe and efficient cleanup.
