City of Thibodaux - City Office Closure: Labor Day

In observance of Labor Day, City of Thibodaux offices will close on Monday, September 1, 2025. The Warren J. Harang Jr. Municipal Auditorium will also be closed to walkers on the aforementioned day. Trash collection schedule will not be interrupted. Normal operating hours will resume on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

Due to the anticipated heavy rainfall, the City of Thibodaux has sand and sandbags available at the Public Works Barn, located at 219 Henry S. Thibodaux Street, for residents to fill as needed. Residents are asked to bring their own shovels, since it is a self-serve station.
