The City of Thibodaux would like to inform residents and motorists of a planned road closure and power outage scheduled for Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM on Thursday, November 5, 2026.
Entergy will be replacing a utility pole in the area of Maronge Street and West 4th Street. To accommodate this work, Maronge Street and West 4th Street will be closed, and a planned power outage will affect the surrounding area. The approximate outage area is outlined on the map provided.
Residents and businesses in the affected area should plan accordingly for the temporary power interruption. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes and exercise caution around the work zone.
The City of Thibodaux appreciates the public’s patience and understanding as Entergy completes these necessary utility improvements. We apologize for any inconvenience this work may cause.
