This past week the Louisiana Governor tasked the Louisiana State Fire Marshal with developing guidance in support of the May 1, 2020 emergency declaration update. This guidance is considered a guide for municipalities and parishes to follow in advising food service businesses in the use of outdoor seating. The City of Thibodaux will use this information to answer questions that may arise after May 1, 2020.
