NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BOARD  OF  ADJUSTMENTS  MEETING
THIBODAUX,  LOUISIANA
Wednesday, July 30, 2003

The Board of Adjustments will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 30, 2003 at 5:30 P.M. at 310 West 2nd Street in the City Council Meeting Room (upstairs City Hall Building), Thibodaux, Louisiana, concerning the following:
OLD BUSINESS: 
To consider a request by Levert St. John, Inc. to add five or six 2’ x 8’ sub-sign panels between pylons of existing pole sign located at 404 N. Canal Boulevard (C-3 District).
NEW BUSINESS:

Item 1:  To consider a request by Barbara Perio to open a snowball stand on the side of residence located at 1593 Ledet Street (R-3 District). 

Item 2:  To consider a request by Helaria Ford to open a one operator nail salon business at 537 W. 8th Street (R-3 District). 

Item 3:  To consider a request by Ken and Virginia Rachal to vary 2’ from side yard setback requirement of 5’ in order to rebuild garage and to vary 4’ from rear yard setback requirement of 10’ in order to install pool at residence located at 504 Blake Court (R-1 District).

Item 4:  To consider a request by Mervin Ledet, Jr. to open a warehouse storage facility and to request a variance for off street parking at 800 Church Street (R-3 District).

Item 5:   To consider a request by Steven Gray to vary 4’ from rear yard setback requirement of 10’ in order to finish enclosing existing open carport and addition to carport at residence located at 117 Goode Street (R-1 District). 

Item 6:  To consider a request by Deanna Ralltharp to open a one operator beauty salon at 1102 Lagarde Street (R-2 District).

 Item 7:  To consider a request by Eric Benoit to open a auto detail shop at 1110 General Nicholls (R-3 District).

Item 8:  To consider a request by Larry Naquin to vary 4’6” from side yard setback requirement of 5’ in order to construct 14’ x 36’ open metal canopy and to vary 10’ from front yard setback requirement of 20’ in order to construct patio cover at 809 Jefferson St (R-3 District)

Any other matters properly brought before the Board.
