Welcome to the City of Thibodaux. We hope you’ll get the chance to experience our hospitality and encounter the special people and places that make us such a unique part of South Louisiana.

I am honored to have the opportunity to serve the people of Thibodaux as Mayor. I accept my role as public servant with optimism for current and future progress in our city and I continue my commitment to serve with fair, honest and progressive leadership.

During the past few years, I am very proud of what we have been able to accomplish through our ongoing efforts, working together for progress in the City of Thibodaux. We have experienced unprecedented growth made possible through economic development of our area and the cooperative teamwork of many. Our elected state and federal officials, our business and educational communities, and most importantly, our remarkable citizens, have all contributed in the abundant success we are enjoying in our city. Without cooperation and commitment, even the greatest civic initiatives are doomed. The City of Thibodaux is a fine example of what positive, cooperative leadership can accomplish.

My commitment to this community is to continue to encourage and promote positive steps that will maintain the integrity of our city. I continue to put emphasis on neighborhood clean up and safety, making our city drug free for our children who will enjoy a legacy of culture and tradition that will hopefully make them proud to make this city their home as they grow and raise families of their own. As we continue to progress, we face challenging demands and needs that require firm management decisions and sound judgment. As your public servant, I am committed to seeing Thibodaux continue to grow and prosper at the aggressive rate for which this administration has laid the foundation. To our visitors, neighbors and friends, we invite you to share in our excitement and once you’ve had a chance to visit our home, we hope you’ll come back and again experience Thibodaux, "Where Yesterday Welcomes Tomorrow."
